Our products
Here at Witherslack Orchards, we maintain and oversee the entire production, from selecting the finest fruits to packaging the juices into bottles. We harvest our damsons from late summer to early autumn. They are hand-picked, frozen and processed into sweet, intensely flavoured damson syrup or steeped to make our damson gin.
Our apples are carefully selected during the harvest season and hand processed before pulping. After the pulping process, we transfer the pulp to a hydro press to extract the juice, allowing you to enjoy the apples natural flavour. The juice is then bottled and pasteurised to eliminate pathogens and extend the shelf life.
