Meet The Team

Sam is the newest member of the team joining in August of 2019. His role is to head up the running and operation of juice production. He is involved in all aspects of the business from product development, delivery and marketing. He has taken everything in his stride and shown a keen interest in the management and restoration of the orchards as well our wonderful juice.

Andrew has lived and worked on the Estate for the past 13 years. He works extremely hard managing the orchards. His role includes pruning, tree management, planting and general maintenance. With over 17.5 acres of orchards to care for he is always busy.

Every year we work with wonderful volunteers who help us manage the orchards and pick and process the fruit. Some are locals who help us consistently each year, whilst many others come through the WOOF organisation and are from as far afield as Australia.
